We want you to be happy with your purchase from PTL Supplies.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with all packaging, accessories and instructions included where possible.

For hygiene reasons, certain sealed personal-care products may not be eligible for return once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
